Thousand Oaks Mazda sent a driver to pick me up from the airport and after verifying that the car was in the condition I expected, I signed the final DMV paperwork and drove off. I could have been happier with the process.

Pleasantly surprised by this dealership. I typically purchase luxury cars but wanted a Miata. My overall experience with Mazda Thousand Oaks was comparable to anything luxury brands offer. Isaac was willing to negotiate on my terms and did not insist on commanding the negotiation. Nema in finance was so friendly and professional. Again, not what I anticipated. Very happy customer!

It was without a doubt the longest we've ever spent purchasing a car (11AM to 7PM), but there were a lot of unique circumstances (working numbers/removing extras to fit budget & desired car not in stock/ acquired from another dealer). Jaquelyn went above & beyond in her efforts to help us endure it. She's a real asset to your team. Our daughter jived with her on our first visit & wanted nobody else to sell her a car.
Matt was awesome! He seemed to be honest and upfront. He was very knowledgeable about the car we bought. He was personable and friendly. Definitely would recommend him for anyone needing to buy a car, Definitely 10 stars for Matt. I was a little disappointed with the financial aspect of buying the car. As a third time buyer with Mazda; the financing seemed to be extremely longer than normal.

Everything was great and everyone was nice, but there was a pretty darn big scratch on the back of the car. I didn't notice until I got home. Have a hard time believing nobody at the dealership saw that, but can't really point the finger at anyone. I'm sure they have cameras if they want to figure it out.

The service employees here are excellent! The appointment was easy to make, I got a loaner vehicle, they sent me a video of the vehicle inspection, the work was done on time, they didn’t try to sell me extra stuff, and everyone is friendly. My only complaint, but it’s a big one, is that they charge WAY too much compared to any other repair and/or service provider.

I highly recommend salesperson Matt Heller, for his pleasant demeanor and attention to detail: he made the process aa easy as possible. The sales paperwork was slow, but that’s the unfortunate reality of sales paperwork… even so, it wasn’t awful. I would definitely recommend Mazda T.O. to my friends and family.

Unlike some of your competitors you don’t provide Loaner cars for your customers yo drive while their car is being service. I am otherwise satisfied with the service. Also the cars are never washed.

Stopped by Thousand Oaks Auto Mall this Memorial Day to find a car for my kid. After a disappointing stop at Chevy and a look at Honda, we ended up at Mazda, and I’m so glad we did. Gave a loaner car with only 70miles and does not reimburse for gas. Only reason I need the loaner was because a service wasn’t done when it was initially supposed to be and I had to go back.
Mazda Thousand Oaks was able to do my oil change and give me a loaner car. Other places would not do that. I would add a sit there for a few hours. They did a great job. I got a video of everything they did. In the past, I was told my tire tread is really poor and I need them replaced, but when I took them to two other places, they said the tires were fine... so I'm concerned that I am being told for the purposes of increasing service cost

I brought the car by appointment. I was met pretty much on time. I dropped it off. I got a delightful video telling me about the service and it was ready soon after.
I appreciate bringing my car to the dealership for my service. I know some people don't like doing that. This dealership has always been professional and courteous. I especially appreciate that they always share a video of the car under the hood and under the chassis with the mechanics findings. Really nice touch.
All was good. Time was estimated 3 hours. Yet I received a call from the office after a hour and a half. Always a good interaction.

Everything was so easy and efficient!
